Thank you for choosing Hotel RR Galaxy. To ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience, please review our policy guidelines below:

✅ Reservation Process

• Guests can make bookings through our official website, over the phone, or in person at the hotel.

• A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory at the time of check-in.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required payment or booking confirmation from our system.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Timing

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

💳 Payment & Cancellation

• Advance payment is required to confirm reservations.

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and UPI payments.

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s stay as a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children below 6 years stay free with parents (using existing beds).

• Extra beds can be provided on request at an additional charge.

• Maximum of one extra bed allowed per room.

🚫 No Smoking & No Pets

• Smoking is not allowed in rooms or enclosed public areas.

• Pets are not permitted on the premises.

🔐 Amendments & Special Requests

• Any changes to bookings (e.g., date, room type) are subject to availability and applicable rates.

• Special requests like early check-in, specific room preferences, or accessibility needs should be mentioned during booking.
